Sergio Amador

Sergio is a partner at ALTA Costa Rica and local director of the Corporate Law practice. He provides comprehensive counsel on corporate and transactional matters, as well as on the acquisition, development and execution of real estate projects. He regularly advises on complex transactions both locally and internationally, representing clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment structuring, banking and finance, as well as the acquisition, development, structuring, and sale of real estate assets. His practice combines a strong legal foundation with a deep understanding of the commercial and strategic aspects of each transaction.
