Rosa Villalta

Rosa is an associate in ALTA El Salvador, who over the last decade has developed a professional career at the intersection of contracts, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and risk management in the public and regulated sectors, supporting multinational and local clients in compliance, negotiations, and due diligence processes. He has also helped oversee internationally financed projects and provided legal support to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

In the real estate sector, she has experience in property registry analysis and legal regularization for development projects in El Salvador. Throughout her career, she has also participated in national tenders for state-funded projects financed by international organizations.
