Rizek is a partner in ALTA El Salvador and works as a corporate lawyer for national and international clients with local and regional presence in El Salvador and Central America. He has advised on mergers and acquisitions transactions exceeding $500 million.
Likewise, he has advised startups on raising capital for more than 25 million dollars, which have been leaders in the order and delivery sector in the Central American region and pioneers in proptech in El Salvador.
He has advised local and foreign banks on client debt restructuring and syndicated loans. He also advises national and international companies, both on the seller's side and on the buyer's side in transactions and corporate restructurings.
Rizek has advised national and international companies with operations in El Salvador that are in the real estate, distribution, new technologies, energy, construction, services, food, proptech, family offices, among others.
