- Advice and support in national and international bidding processes in the energy sector, including the preparation of the offer, review and signing of PPA, review of structured credit contracts, until the project is launched.
- Management of regulatory processes in various institutions of the state of Honduras such as the Secretary of State for the Energy Dispatch (SEN), the Electrical Energy Regulatory Commission (CREE), the Central Bank of Honduras (BCH) and the Secretary of State for the Office of Natural Resources and Environment (SERNA).
- Advice and management of tax matters, such as obtaining Records of Exonerated Persons and processing of exemptions from Income Tax and its related, ACPV and Sales Tax.
