Melissa is a partner in ALTA Honduras, with 13 years in the practice of the profession. During his career he has been able to specialize and work in the field of corporate law and business legal advice.
Melissa has two postgraduate studies in Corporate Law and Legal Advice for companies and has advised local and international clients in different transactions, which has allowed her to have a global vision of the company and its needs. She also has vast experience in the field of real estate law.
Most importantly, the path traveled has taught her that, forging a relationship of trust and loyalty with our clients is what makes the difference.

- Legal advice to Tier 1 companies in Honduras in various areas of law, such as commercial, corporate and administrative.
- Legal support for real estate projects, condominium property regimes and in general the purchase and sale of properties for investment.
- Advice to local and international financial institutions on the legalization of credits, loans and the establishment of guarantees.
- Direction and management of the various legal matters that must be carried out before the administrative authorities for the operation of businesses in Honduras.
