- Advice and management of tax matters such as exemptions from Sales Tax, Population Security Rate, Income Tax and its related for companies with special regimes and both local and international non-governmental organizations.
- Direction and management of regulatory processes in relation to State Contracting in front of the Regulatory Office of State Contracting and Acquisitions (ONCAE).
- Comprehensive management of all types of authorizations, licenses and permits before the administrative authorities of Honduras, including the immigration aspects necessary for the hiring and mobility of foreign personnel.
- Advice on effective practices and management of immigration processes, ensuring compliance with current regulations and facilitating the management of visas, work and residence permits for foreign employees and their companions.
