Marco is a partner in ALTA Costa Rica with more than 20 years of professional practice advising local and transnational clients on complex issues of administrative contracting, administrative and regulatory law, competition and antitrust, telecommunications and in contentious administrative processes against the State.
He has advised companies participating in large tenders of several million dollars and companies in complex mergers and acquisitions, advising on topics of his knowledge. In addition, he regularly accompanies companies in procedures before the national telecommunications authority (SUTEL), the national competition authority (COPROCOM) and the Vice Ministry of Telecommunications (MICITT).
