Luis Pedro associate of ALTA Guatemala in the area of dispute resolution in civil, commercial, sports, administrative and constitutional matters, as well as in the implementation of extrajudicial strategies aimed at resolving the differences entrusted to it. He has also been an advisor in the judicial defense of employer labor cases and in the extrajudicial mitigation of employer vulnerabilities.
Part of his work has been based on the development of road projects of national significance that have required registry, cadastral and fiscal diagnoses, as well as studies of their political-social impact in the Guatemalan territory. He has provided professional consulting aimed at companies from the point of view of corporate governance and basic financial analysis, as well as in commercial contracting, guarantee trusts and asset management, trust operations, participation contracts, franchises, among others.
Finally, Luis Pedro has served as a lawyer in collective conflicts related to real estate developments and disputes concerning the legal regulation of the drinking water supply service and general administration of condominiums.
