Lucrecia is a senior associate at ALTA El Salvador, she is an expert in business legal-tax advice, administrative procedures for determining taxes, and imposition of sanctions, both in terms of internal taxes and in the customs field.
With more than 15 years of experience in filing appeals before the Court of Appeals for Internal Revenue and Customs, as well as in representing clients before contentious-administrative courts.
During her career, Lucrecia worked in tax administration, which allowed her to participate in the preparation of resolutions regarding transfer pricing and application of double taxation agreements. Likewise, she actively participates in legal-fiscal analysis for national and international companies in sectors such as electrical, export and services.
