Krisly associated at ALTA Costa Rica, works in the practices of Dispute Resolution and Public Law, where she has acquired enormous experience in civil, commercial and contentious-administrative litigation. Over the years she has participated in complex judicial proceedings, advising local and international clients on breach of contract matters, civil liability cases, consumer law, and collection procedures.
In her professional practice, she has developed a deep knowledge of Procedural Law, which generates added value in the processing of the processes of the clients she advises. She also, as part of the Public Law practice, advises and accompanies clients in administrative contracting processes, as well as in administrative procedures and litigation.
Always seeks to proactively identify customer needs. Professionalism, leadership and empathy allow Krisly to provide effective and complementary advice tailored to the objectives of the matter in question. Her work with clients has allowed her to develop her knowledge in a variety of industries, such as consumer goods; telecommunications; government and real estate.
She has a Law Degree from the University of Costa Rica where her bachelor's thesis was awarded with honors. In addition, she has a Specialization in Commercial Law from the same University, where she completed her postgraduate studies.
