We represent companies regionally in matters of unfair trade practices, application and impact of FTAs, application of agreements and litigation before the WTO, Incoterms, export controls, customs procedures and maritime law issues, civil liability claims and regulatory matters that affect corporate transactions.

International trade is one of the most complex and dynamic sectors in Central America. Globalization involves transporting more and more products over greater distances, so optimal management of all the resources involved can not only mean better financial results, but also the survival of the company itself.

En ALTA We have been pioneers in the region by creating the first international trade and customs practice in the region. Our practice focuses on the design of export, import and customs strategies, including the reduction of customs duties, rules of origin, implementation of internal compliance programs, training, licensing and enforcement procedures.
