The “User” declares to know the circumstance that once a request or document is delivered to the Trademarks Office or to the Domains Administrator, the information contained in the “Web Site” becomes public by virtue of law.
2. CONTACT DATA The “Company” forms require that the “User” provide information about his/her/its personal data, like name and e-mail address, in order for the “Company” to perform all the activities related to the contracted service and keep the “User” informed on the progress of the process. Information from the “User” will be treated as confidential. With the aforementioned exception, the information will not be sold, divulged, or transferred.
3. CONSENT By accessing the “Web Site” and using its services, the “User” accepts that the personal information delivered and its use will be performed according to what is indicated above.
4. SECURITY IN PAYMENTS Credit card payments will be processed through the online secured payment gateway of one of the biggest banks established in Europe . Also a bank account EFT will be available.

WARNING The “Company” informs the “User” that notwithstanding the aforementioned with respect to security measures, to its investments in this area, and all the measures taken, it is possible that there could occur filtration of information which is absolutely alien to the activity of the “Company”. The “User,“ by accessing this Site and using the offered services, ab initio accepts this contingency and liberates the “Company” from any responsibility, waiving any indemnification claim.
